Dear Web Fire Customer:

 

Web Fire appreciates you as a customer and we look forward to continue providing the best Internet service in North Central Texas.  In an effort to efficiently streamline our billing process and to be environmental friendly, Web Fire will begin online billing.  Next month, you will receive a paper and an electronic bill via email.  This "phase-in" period will allow you to setup your online viewer and verify accuracy of the electronic bill.  In April, you will only receive your bill electronically, so it is extremely important to promptly follow the link below to setup your online viewer.  You will only need to setup the viewer once and then you simply logon with your User ID (this will be “WEB plus your account number;” for example, WEB123456 ) and chosen password.

 

In the future, in addition online billing, we will implement online bill payment.  Please be patient with this transition, as we want to make it as smooth as possible.  It is important you understand this process and you setup your online viewer properly.  Here are the steps to follow:

 

To setup your online viewer, simply surf to Web Fire Billing and click the Web Fire logo.  This will take you to the ebill browser to access your online account.  Once in the ebill browser, click the Password button to setup a password of your choice.  In the Enter your User ID field, type WEB (all upper case) followed by your customer number. Click Here to aquire your internet access code.   Next, enter your Internet Access Code (found on your paper bill) in the Internet Access Code field.  Create your password and confirm it in the appropriate fields.  If you would like your bill emailed to a different address, simply supply that address in the email address for notifications field.

 

Once your password is setup, return to the Main Screen and enter your User ID and Password to access your online bill.  You will be able to contact your customer service representative by clicking on Account Info button.
