What information should I have when calling tech support?
When contacting our support team, please make sure you have the following information, as this will help us in providing you with faster results in resolving any troubles you may be encountering

  • Username and Password - (If your email is johndoe@wf.net then your Username is johndoe. This may also be called your User ID)
  • Error Message - Write any error messages down that you may have encountered and the program the error occured.
  • Operating System - Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or the OS (Operating System) version of the MacOS that you are running. For MacOS click on Apple and then About this Mac.
