Fireworks explode New Year's Eve over a 5 mile long stretch of the

Alex Contini, a licensed pyrotechnician from Milan, Italy, submitted
this photo of his charcoal fountains being used in a garden display. This
type of fountain exhibits the classic "fire dust" phenomenon, which is very
showy and long lasting. Alex calls this piece "Rising Sun". It ends with
all of the fountains changing to bright silver fire.
