Abide by the Texas Antiquities Statutes and Federal Regulations. |
Rules and Regulations Concerning Historic Preservation In Texas |

Refuse to participate in buying or selling of any and all artifacts for commercial reasons. |
|
Prevent and report unlawful destruction of archaeological sites. |
|
Support scientific methods of recovery of artifacts and information, especially when preservation "in place" is impossible. |
