Our Trip Program Policies require a 50% deposit at booking time, with full payment two weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable in the event of cancellation up to 60 days prior to the schedule date, forfeiting on shorter notice unless you (or we) are able to identify a replacement. Any special requests or custom features added to a group vacation package will be evaluated for additional charges and handled in the same manner as the standard rates. The primary goal is for all to realize full enjoyment at a fair cost.
