Web Fire Communications, Inc. is a locally owned and operated Internet, telephone and technology service provider based in Wichita Falls, TX. We have been providing technology services and support throughout Texas and Oklahoma for more than 20 years. Our employees are ready and capable of finding the right technological solutions for our customers. We have assisted many organizations, regardless of industry and size, to maximize the benefits that technology has to offer. Our main goal is to save our customers time and money.

Responsibilities: Strategic planning and visionary for Web Fire. Telephony network design and engineering. Sales and customer service.
Background/Education: Graduated from Midwestern State University in 1996 with Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and International Trade with Minors in English, Economics, and Business Administration. Hold several industry standard certifications: Cloud PBX, SIP SSCA and SSVVP, Cisco CCSE, NEC and ESI and other manufacturers. Holds a Private Security License from The State of Texas.
More about me: Well versed in all levels of technical design and implementation and takes a hands-on-approach to exceeding client’s expectations. In 2009, Ripley received the Small Business Person award in Wichita Falls and subsequently won the Regional Small Business Person award in 2010 presented by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Ripley believes in giving back to the community that has been so gracious to him, his family and Web Fire. With this in mind, Mr. Tate makes time to serve on several Boards and organizations such as the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Texoma Community Credit Union, Wichita Falls’ Planning and Zoning Commission, Center for Non-Profit Management, Resource Wichita Falls, Leadership Wichita Falls and others. An advocate and student of Zig Ziglar’s philosophies, Ripley truly wants to help others be the best they can be.

More about me: Father was stationed here at Sheppard Air Force Base in 1974. So, Wichita Falls, TX has been my home most of my life. Married to Karla Miller Landours. We have two beautiful children, Lily 15 and Luke 7. I am motivated by family, friends and community. I have been actively serving as a YMCA board member since 2011.
What I want to be when I grow up: A Pro Golfer/Good Father
When I’m not at work: Hanging out with family & friends, playing golf with my son, Luke and/or watching my incredibly talented artist daughter prepare her next master piece. Coach Club volleyball to ages 13, 14 & 15 year olds.
What I love about Web Fire: Our awesome employees make the difference. Loyalty in this industry is hard to maintain but WE pride ourselves in making sure we meet or exceed the needs of our customers.

Background/Education: Graduated HS in 2003, Grand Prairie TX. Graduated ITT Tech w/ A.A.S Computer Network Systems 2009.
More about Me: I’m 31, married for 9 yrs. I have 2 kids; 6y/o boy and 3y/o girl.

More about me: Born and raised in Wichita Falls. Grew up on a horse, working cattle for my dad, and competing. Grandparents were business people in downtown Wichita Falls for many years. Five children. Member of Child Advocates CASA Board, Texas Business Women, Church, Wichita Falls Resources, and WF Urban Homesteader’s moderator, active in Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce.
What I want to be when I grow up: Riding horses all day and a foster parent.
When I’m not at work: I ride horses, work on my farm, garden, sell eggs, read and research, watch my grandkids compete with their horses and in sports.

More about me: I have 25+ years working in the technology industry. I have been directly, and indirectly, involved in design, building and testing application systems utilizing innovative perspectives and ideas. As a system administrator I have been responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and wide area networks for a variety of industries.
What I want to be when I grow up: A geek
When I’m not at work: Passionate about technology in general with an emphasis on electromechanical physics.

Responsibilities: Install, program and maintain all telecommunications technologies.
Background/Education: I was born in 1959. I attended Ben Franklin Elementary, Barwise Junior High School and S.H. Rider High School.
More about me: I am an avid motorsports fan. I enjoy playing the guitar. I also enjoy keeping tropical fish and building and collecting scale model cars. I like watching just about all sports.
What I want to be when I grow up: That’s a hard question because I hope I don’t ever grow up. I just want to be “ready”.
When I’m not at work: I visit friends, work around the house, and I have been visiting a lot of the local dirt tracks in the area.

- Kevin NealTelecom Manager
Responsibilities: Install and maintain telephone systems, camera systems, DSL circuits, fiber networks and all associated wiring that goes with it. Manage and maintain a Class 5 soft switch with direct connection to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). Help out in other areas of the office environment when called upon.
Background/Education: I was born in Altus, Oklahoma in 1967. I moved to Wichita Falls in 1975. I graduated from Rider High School in 1985. I completed my Bachelor’s degree from MSU in 1989. I joined the military in 1991 and enlisted in the Air Force as a Telephone and Data Circuitry Equipment Specialist. After 4.5 years of military service, I separated from the Military with an honorable discharge. In took a job on the United States Air Force Academy as a telecommunications specialist working for Alcatel Contracting. In 1998, I was hired by Web Fire Communications as a communications technician and have been employed here ever since.
More about me: I am married and have 4 children.
What I want to be when I grow up: Productive member of society.
When I’m not at work: I like to work on projects around the house. I also like to hunt, snow ski, water ski and enjoy hiking and camping.

Responsibilities: Break/fix, Maintain Servers and networks at customer sites.
Background/Education: I have been involved in computer hardware and software since 1982. I enjoy working with them and it’s also my hobby. I've been supporting computers (Corporate, Private Business, and Residential) since 1992 and performed database creation and management.
More about me: Always wanted to be an archaeologist. My hobby is fixing things: Mechanic/Electrician/Plumber/Carpenter – DIY fan.
What I want to be when I grow up: a Toys-R-Us kid ☺

Background/Education: I have worked as a receptionist, secretary and in management off and on for over 20 years.
